On Thursday, our amazing Ember JOY Team celebrated International Day of Happiness here in Loreto St Michael’s
A gentle reminder to us all that happiness/joy is something we choose each day. We can be the sunshine or a cloud . And even on our cloudiest days, we still have the power to bring light to ourselves and others. A simple smile and ‘Hello’ could mean so much to a fellow student in Loreto.

Be kind to yourself. Be kind to one another. It’s the little things that truly matter Appreciate every day by looking for glimmers, daily little pockets of joy!
