Tag rugby is a non-contact game where speed, teamwork and strategy take centre stage. It’s a great way of making new friends and is open to all levels of experience and fitness.

St Michael’s has had a rugby team since 2014. A lot of our students play rugby outside of the school so that is a big help. We also get a lot of girls who don’t play any sports, and they generally only play Tag Rugby.

St Michael’s has hosted the Loreto School’s Tag Rugby Blitz on two occasions, with both Senior and Junior teams winning it on several occasions.
