Hi, my name is Sophia Gammell and I am proud to be the Head Girl of  Loreto St. Michael’s  Navan 2026/2027. While having the honour of being Head Girl, I aspire to represent my school with pride and be a responsible and welcoming leader. I hope to endorse the Loreto values of Truth, Sincerity, Freedom, Justice and Joy as well as promote school spirit and inclusivity. Throughout my role as a student leader, I aim to represent the student body adequately, while creating positive and long lasting contributions to the school. I am excited for what the year has in store and hope to carry the honour I feel into every challenge and opportunity I encounter this year.

Hi,my name is Brónagh Harmon and I am honoured to be the 2026/2027 Deputy Head Girl of Loreto St.Michael’s. I have always envisioned myself in this position, hoping to make positive contributions to my school community. In my role as a Student Leader, my aims are to help every student feel welcome, represent my school with pride and encourage others to be the best versions of themselves. I look forward to the year ahead and aspire to carry the gratitude and privilege that I feel into every challenge I face and embrace every opportunity that this school year brings.

Hi, my name is Zaina Sohail. Being elected Deputy Head Girl at Loreto this year is something I’m really proud of and grateful for. It’s a role that means a lot to me. We help support the Head Girl and the wider student leadership team and get involved in supporting younger students, organising school events such as Mission Week, promoting Peace & Justice, helping with Bullying Awareness Week. This year I will aim to lead with Sincerity, Justice, Truth, Freedom and Joy listening to others, being someone students can approach and helping make our school a welcoming and positive place. These values are at the heart of Loreto and guide how we treat and support one another. I’m really looking forward to this and am very grateful for this role.
