Today we visited a local winery, where we learned all about the traditional wine-making process of the region and even got to sample some freshly pressed grape juice. Afterwards, we explored the beautiful town of Saint-Émilion — enjoyed lunch, took a fascinating tour of its private underground sites including an ancient church and catacombs, and climbed steps to a stunning viewpoint overlooking the town. Another great day!
