Our 5th Year students had an extremely busy day today. They attended a very informative Road Safety event this morning in the Solstice organised by Navan Rotary Club in conjunction with Meath County Council. There were speakers from the RSA, the local gardaí and fire services along with a young lady who was involved in a collision, parents and a local doctor. A huge thanks to all involved.
This afternoon they participated in CPR theory training where they learned about the signs and symptoms of cardiac arrest and heart attacks , performing cpr and how to use an AED.
