Last week our Transition Year students participated in a professional one-day certification course hosted by the Dublin Barista School.
This hands-on workshop provided the students with industry-recognised qualifications covering everything from espresso extraction to milk texturing. It’s a brilliant addition to their CVs as they look toward part-time employment. Huge thanks to the Dublin Barista School for such an engaging and educational day!
