This year marks the 45th anniversary of the Soroptimist Public Speaking Competition and we are super proud of our TY student, Clodagh Cassells, who brilliantly represented our school at the local heat in Drogheda on Saturday. She conveyed remarkable talent, confidence and passion! She eloquently delivered a motion that clearly outlined why we need more female empowerment & leadership in the world today. Her speech was thought provoking, educational & incredibly insightful! A huge well done, Clodagh! We are extremely proud of you.
As our founder Mary Ward stated, ‘women in time to come will do much’! Here’s to the next generation of courageous speakers and to 45 years of empowering young women across Ireland.
