Our summer project got off to a great start this week with the students enjoying a wide variety of activities aimed at building confidence and connections and of course … having fun! They were introduced to the world of coding, got to make beautiful friendship bracelets, painted and hung bird nesting boxes and got active on the trampolines. They also enjoyed a visit to Martry Mill to try their hands at baking some very tasty brown bread from flour milled as they collected it in their bowls. A true lesson in the concept of ‘farm to fork’!
