Our 6th year home economics students had a chilly but very interesting visit to Martry Mill today. As well as learning about the history of one of the oldest working flour mills in lreland the students were able to see first hand the milling process from the grain right through to using the wholegrain flour to bake their own brown bread. Thank you James, once again, for such a memorable experience.
