Our Transition Year students truly brought the Christmas cheer to St Michael's with their incredibly successful TY Christmas Fair on Friday, December 5th!
The sports hall was buzzing with excitement as students were spoilt for choice with a massive array of festive products, showcasing the fantastic creativity and entrepreneurial spirit of our Mini-Companies.
A huge thank you to everyone who supported our Santa's Grotto! We were thrilled to welcome Naomi from @meathwomenrefuge to the school yesterday to present her with a donation of over €600! This money, raised from the Grotto and Mini-Company profits, will go directly to helping women and children experiencing domestic abuse in Co. Meath.
A massive, ho-ho-ho-sized thank you must go to St Michael's very own Santa who entertained everyone in his Grotto all day long!
Finally, a massive thank you to the TY Mini-Company teachers Ms Doyle, Mr Farrell, Ms Finnegan, and Mr O'Neill for all their hard work in supporting the students' enterprises and running the very successful fair.
