Past Pupil Kate Kennedy was honoured today with the unveiling of a sculpture by the American Ambassador Claire D.Cronin at Duleek Girls National School.
Duleek Girls National School was represented by Alexia Mojume and Loreto Navan was represented by Jane Boylan (current 1st year pupil).
Kate Kennedy was a remarkable lady, a political activist and a source of inspiration for many young women, who truly encapulates the values of Loreto with her work on equality and social justice issues.
